His name was changed in 2017 by changing his name from Mike Towers, to Myke Towers. This was to give tribute to the Young Kingz music group of which he's a part. The i of their name has been replaced with the letter Y. Myke Towers is the Puerto Rican rap musician who has worked in the scene since his teens has begun publishing freestyles as well as compositions on his SoundCloud page. Songs from 2014 like Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques made him an international star. The year 2014 saw him gain the attention of his La Nueva Droga freestyle and interpretation of Drake's original Zero to 100 percent.
